1. Information We Collect
When you use our services, we collect: account information (name, email, password hash), CAD files you upload, quote and order history, shipping address details, and payment information processed by Stripe (we never see or store your card number).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: process and fulfill your orders, communicate about your quotes and orders, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. File Storage
STEP files and generated 3D previews are stored in Supabase cloud storage. Files are linked to your account and are not shared publicly. You may request deletion of your files at any time by contacting us.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and file storage, Resend for email, and Shippo for shipping rate calculations. Each has their own privacy policy governing their data use.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request account deletion at any time.
